The Midnight Stroll

The Midnight Stroll is a monthly outreach event that provides resources and hope to homeless LGBTQ youth and trans sex workers in the Hollywood area. Founded by my colleague, Jazzmun Crayton, the Midnight Stroll was developed through a partnership between APAIT, The Wall Las Memorias, the Transgender Advisory Council, the Los Angeles Police Department, and the office of Los Angeles City Councilmember Mitch O’Farrell.

As a result of Jazzmun’s ongoing dedication and leadership, the Midnight Stroll has expanded with funding from the office of Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti and the Caitlyn Jenner Foundation.

The Midnight Stroll has garnered coverage from the Los Angeles Times and The Advocate Magazine.
